Terms of use

AMS CFO is an internal decision-support application operated by AMS Manufacturing for authorized company founders.

Authorized use

Use is limited to authorized AMS and DesignGen founders for legitimate company operations. Users must protect their devices and credentials, provide accurate inputs, and review material financial decisions.

Decision support only

The application may identify risks and recommend actions, but it does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Founders retain responsibility and final authority for all company decisions.

QuickBooks access

The connector reads authorized QuickBooks data for internal analysis. It does not create, edit, or delete QuickBooks transactions. Authorization may be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online.

Availability and changes

The application is provided for internal use and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Analysis can be incomplete or wrong when source data is missing, stale, conflicting, or misclassified.
